$75 per session for one-on-one 1.5 hr. phone session. Pay for three sessions in advance and get a $25 discount.
Participant(s) set an intention for the exercise by writing, with integrity, what she/he wishes to accomplish. Keep the intention short and to the point. It is best not to use run on sentences. Avoid stating an intention by beginning with the word “why”. You are encouraged to make your intentions be about YOU and not about seeking change in someone else.
Examples of written intentions:
Prior to beginning the guided meditation participant(s) are led through breathing and toning/throat singing exercises to enhance the experience.
The meditation is a visualization exercise to a “safe place” in nature or any place the participant(s) chooses, which assist she/he in relaxing with the intent of allowing guidance/visions to appear clearer.
On completion of the meditation, participant(s) take time to reflect, journal and/or sketch their extraordinary experience. Once this exercise is completed, sharing and process discussion occurs.
Prior to closure, participant(s) writes in their journal an intention that they wish to manifest for themselves in the immediate future.
